Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just scan the QR code and the ordering page opens in their browser instantly — no installation needed.
What Android version is required?
The staff app works on Android 6.0 or higher. You'll need to allow installation from unknown sources — tap the APK and follow the prompt.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet. Currently Android only. iOS is in the works.
What does it cost?
Ksh 659/week or Ksh 2,599/month. Your first period is included when your account is created.
How do I get my hotel set up?
Contact us to get your hotel account created. Download the staff app, log in with your hotel code and PIN, and you're ready.
